I work within the Common Capabilities & AI Platforms team at Ministry of Citizens Services. I lead UX design strategy across 9 applications, working on improving accessibility, content structure, and user flows for tools supporting businesses and employees in BC incorporating AI tools. I am currently working on redesigning information architecture to reduce complexity and improve feature discoverability in order to support scaling.

I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, along with certifications in Human-Computer Interaction and Human-Centered Design.

My background brings together my core interests in design, technology, and engineering, allowing me to bridge the gap between engineering and design teams effectively. My strong focus is on clear, purposeful communication, and that helps me facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
